In consideration and acceptance of the right to participate in the 2021 Salute to Veterans Car & Motorcycle Show activities, participants and their guests, by attending, release and discharge the 2021 Salute to Veterans Car & Motorcycle Show and the Multnomah Hot Rod Council, the City of Hillsboro, Oregon, and their Officers, Agents, Partners, Directors, Employees, Volunteers and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of any aspect of the 2021 Salute to Veterans Car & Motorcycle Show at the Washington County Fair Complex in Hillsboro, Oregon, of any and all damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and or claims, from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any person or property. Further, each participant expressly agrees to indemnify all the foregoing entities, firms, person and body of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of participants or visitors taking part in the event.
