2021 Exhibitor Booth Registration

Exhibitor Responsibilities

  1. Bring your own tables and chairs etc.
  2. All tents and awnings MUST be secured and anchored according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Set up begins at 5:30 AM (Show starts at 9:30)
  4. Tear down starts no sooner than 3:00 PM and you must be done before 6:00 PM, as the fair complex will be closing the gates.

Additional Information

  1. There is no power available.
  2. Exhibitor vehicle parking will be available in a designated area outside the booth area.
  3. Any questions should be directed to Lynn at (503) 780-4679 or lynnkirwan1@comcast.net prior to the event. A volunteer will be available at the event for questions.
